Apparently, my idea of getting dressed up has morphed since year 2007! Now, it’s all about my mom’s ancestral dress tartan: Stuart of Bute – Queen Mary’s residence. She used ‘u’ instead of ‘ew’ in her name, because her husband was French and the letter ‘w’ didn’t exist in French back in the day.

Nothing like a festive choir singing Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer to get us into the spirit of things ❄️🤶🏼
