Like many others who lost loved ones, I lost my uncle to the battle of Normandy before I was born. He served in the Canadian Unit of Gordon Highlanders. Dear Uncle Edward may you rest in peace.

Hard to believe I’ve been retired 4 years now from my fulltime job as an HR professional. However, I’m pleased to say writing has been keeping me busy!

I dug this out of storage the other day. It used to be funny. Now, it’s apparently SCARY!

I guess some things do change.

Donovan wrote & released “Season of the Witch” in 1966. It’s still my favourite version! Spooky bass with a D 9th chord.

Wonderful day for a walk in Fish Creek Park along the beautiful Bow River with awesome autumn colours. Hope all my fellow Canucks had a nice Thanksgiving 🙂

While I wait for a response to represent me and my “teenager’s sci-fi adventure” story, I’ll bide my time building another story – this one is a fantasy rooted in Tarot and Astrology 🙂
