Found this double-decker merry-go-round in Cardiff, Wales (2018). I discovered Britain’s and Europe’s carousels go the opposite direction to North America – clockwise vs counter-clockwise. I didn’t have time for a ride, but a few years later, my great-niece did ❣️

Here’s a tasty, thirst-quenching beverage that I invented:1.5 oz of 100% berry juice (no sugar added) over ice5 to 6 oz of refrigerated herbal tea (I like apple cinnamon or blueberry ginseng)2 oz of club soda to top it, then stir.Bon appetit

Feeling fortunate to live so close to this massive urban green space – Fish Creek Park. At 1348 hectares, it’s the fifth largest across Canada. The feeling of being in the country while in the middle of a thriving city, Calgary, makes me giddy 🤠
